What Size Mailer for Sweatshirt

Lightweight/S-M: 10" x 13" Standard S–L: 12" x 15.5" Fleece-lined/XL-XXL: 14.5" x 19" Oversized/multi-pack: 19" x 24"

Sweatshirts are bulkier than a T-shirt but usually a bit thinner than a hoodie, so the right poly mailer sits somewhere in the middle of the standard size chart. The exact fit depends on the sweatshirt's weight, fabric, and how tightly it's folded.
Lightweight sweatshirts (thin cotton or blends): A 10" x 13" mailer is often enough for a folded lightweight sweatshirt or a size Small/Medium.
Standard crewneck or pullover sweatshirts (S–L): A 12" x 15.5" mailer is the go-to size. It comfortably fits sweaters, crewnecks, and most hoodies up to Large without excess room, which helps keep the garment from shifting in transit.
Bulkier sweatshirts, fleece-lined styles, or XL/XXL sizes: Go with a 14.5" x 19" mailer. This size also works well for coats and bundled multi-item orders.
Oversized or multiple sweatshirts in one shipment: A 19" x 24" mailer can typically hold two medium sweatshirts or one oversized/plus-size garment.
How to measure: Fold the sweatshirt by tucking the arms in, folding the sides toward the center, then folding the bottom up. Measure the folded length and width, and add roughly 1–2 inches of clearance so the mailer seals easily without excess bulk.
Why size matters: A mailer that's too small risks stressed seams and a split bag; one that's too large adds unnecessary material and can trigger higher dimensional-weight shipping charges.
